Meet Maddie Lee

Welcome to Maddie Lee Photography—I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Maddie, the owner and lead photographer behind MLP, and I can’t wait to connect with you and bring your vision to life in a way that feels natural, meaningful, and true to you.

Photography has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. I picked up my first film camera at eight years old and never really put it down. If you know me, you know I’m always chasing moments with a camera in hand. My love for weddings began in 2014 while working as an associate photographer, and that’s when I knew capturing love stories was exactly where I was meant to be.

My favorite love story is my own. I married my high school sweetheart, Luke, in 2019, and in 2024 we welcomed our daughter, Mallory Jean. Though I was raised in Central Florida, my family and I moved to Savannah in 2022, and it quickly became home. The romance, charm, and low country beauty of Savannah weddings inspire me endlessly.

As your photographer, my goal is to give you a seamless, stress-free experience so you can stay present and enjoy your day. I focus on capturing genuine emotion and the small, in-between moments—so when you look back at your gallery, you don’t just see your wedding day, you feel it all over again. It’s an honor every single time, and I can’t wait to tell your story.
